Inspections

Before beginning the inspection process please follow the link, located to the right, to verify the address is located within our district. (after clicking on the link, click on the “layer list” and enable fire districts)

After it is verified that the address is located within our parameters please fill out the multi-family, new construction or change of occupancy application and download the checklist. 

The fees are as follows:

  • Single Family Rental: $50.00
  • Plat Review: $100.00
  • Commercial Permit < 5000 sq. ft: $75.00
  • Commercial Permit > 5000 sq. ft: $100.00
  • Fire Alarm: $100.00
  • Fire Hood System: $100.00
  • Multi-Family: $50.00

    • Condos

For Commercial Inspections, please complete the form and submit it to the email at the top of the application. The district will contact you regarding permit fees and total amount due.

 

 

Here is the application for firework tents. Please fill out the form located to the left and submit it to the email at the top of the form. The district will contact the responsible individual regarding permit fees and total amount due. 

 

 

The application located to the right is for Commercial Construction. Please complete the form and submit it to the email at the top of the form. The district will call the responsible individual regarding the fee.

 

BURNING

BURNING RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Burning season is from September 15th – April 14th.
  • Burning will take place between 10:00am – 4:00pm.
  • Only vegitation waste 6 inches (6″) in Diameter or less should be burned.
  • Open Burning shall be supervised at all times and appropriate firefighting equipment should be on hand.
  • No trash or rubbish should be used to start the fire or burned with the fire including: rubber, tires, shingles, vinyl siding, treated lumber, etc.
  • Burning shall take place a minimum of fifty feet (50′) from any structure.
  • Approval must be given by the fire department before burning can begin.
